Pigmentation Treatment
Our spa technicians are trained to use Intense Pulsed Light Services to treat hyper pigmentation and problem pigment areas.
The sun can cause skin damage and the aging process can also leave ‘age spots’ on the skin. To remove these pigmented lesions, light from the pre-selected bandwidth is absorbed by the dark melanin pigment in the skin and converted to heat.
The heat causes the pigment in the lesion to coagulate and eventually slough off as the skin normally exfoliates. The results are younger looking skin and more even color.
